I attended The CUE Missing Person Round Table this month. The conference was extended to 2-1/2 days this year. Around 100 people attended. Among those present were victims, victims' families, service organizations, and a few law enforcement personnel.

This year the conference had a forensic expert for a California sheriff's department. He was very good. I had already heard a lot of the information from the Justice Department Conference and other forensic experts, but most of the other attendees had not.

I attended two victim rights ceremonies this month. Williamson County had its ceremony on the courthouse steps. Mothers Against Drunk Driving had its ceremony in South Austin. There were several agencies in attendance.
