March 1 through March 31, 2007 I attended the 3rd annual CUE Center Round Table Conference in Wilmington, N.C. The conference was 2 1/2 days this year and included formal training sessions and victim impact statements.The round table discussion was better this year because we identified not only the problems in the missing persons' world but also some possible solutions. Developing relationships between the different missing person organizations is crucial. We still do not have any M.U.S.T. self-defense and awareness seminars scheduled this year. We are having trouble coordinating locations and dates to hold the seminars. Hopefully we will get one scheduled for the spring. |
